Metaverse-friendly “883 Police NFT Collection” to launch on Bling, Trace’s luxury and lifestyle NFT marketplace.
Trace Network Labs, the decentralized protocol working to open the lifestyle and luxury industries to the metaverse space, is bringing globally renowned fashion brand 883 Police into the world of NFTs.
The collection launch, to take place on Trace’s luxury and lifestyle NFT marketplace Bling, will feature uniquely designed digital wearables that their owners can carry with them across different metaverses, strutting around in digital space showing off branded luxury apparel.
Each NFT in the collection will be a unique, limited edition garment that will actually be made by 883 Police in the real world, and auction winners will have the option to claim the actual physical product in the future (conditions apply). The NFTs can be worn by the winner’s avatar in the metaverse, enabling them to bring their luxury lifestyle with them no matter where they go in our ever-expanding universe of digital realms.
“We are thrilled to onboard 883 Police on the Lifestyle for the Metaverse journey at Trace Network Labs.” said Lokesh Rao, Co-Founder and CEO of Trace Network Labs.
“What I find most interesting in fashion is that it reflects your moment: 883 Police has a rich history and roadmap in creating those perfect moments by making a differentiating fashion statement. It is exciting to bring 883 Police limited edition wearable NFTs to Bling marketplace to further enhance the user experience on various metaverses!”
The storied Italian fashion brand has long been a world leader in denim innovation, pioneering multiple washing techniques, finishing, and textures that have permeated the rest of the market over the last three decades. The NFT collection will feature a single rare 883 Police NFT available for auction only for Trace NFT holders, which is specifically designed for gaming metaverses.
“We are delighted to partner with Trace Network Labs to bring forth a revolutionary phase of digital fashion with 883 Police branded NFTs,” said Seetharaman Kannan, CEO of 883 Police India. “We are confident that with the 883 Police brand’s legacy of many years we can bring in extraordinarily quirky digital fashion that can be transacted as NFTs and also worn by users of a metaverse.”
The lifestyle industry is becoming an intrinsic part of virtual spaces. Trace Network Labs wants to help empower our digital selves to roam freely between the world as we know it and the Metaverse as its foundation is constructed around us, enabling the next evolution of the luxury lifestyle as the boundaries between real and virtual continue to blur. Trace Network Labs aims to be the de-facto gateway for lifestyle brands, businesses, projects & consumers alike to enter into any metaverse.
