The cryptocurrency industry has seen plenty of suspicious activity involving exchanges and trading platforms. COSS users are still trying to access their funds after several months, with little to no success to show for it.
It is evident that the COSS platform still has some issues.
COSS is Taking the Wrong Approach
More specifically, the exchange team switched servers a few months ago.

Ever since then, there have been questions as to when users would be able to access their money again.
To this day, that is not the case for everyone.
Several users still have their funds inaccessible due to an ongoing “audit”, although little is known about that process.
Even after completing the KYC process, the audited funds will remain inaccessible for some.
When asking about that money in the Telegram chat, there is a good chance one would get their permissions in the group restricted.
This is not an acceptable way to address customer concerns, especially in the cryptocurrency space.
It only raises more questions as to what the company and its team are doing exactly.
For the affected users, there are still a lot of questions that need to be answered sooner rather than later.
For now, there is no resolution in sight.
